As a multi-certified coach and Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, I find joy and satisfaction in partnering with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote enhanced well-being. I support them to engage in the practices of lifestyle medicine in order to become healthier and happier. In this process, we consider the whole person and focus on everything from nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, relationships and community, to connection with nature, creativity, spirituality, and purpose.
