I don’t offer quick fixes, hacks, rigid frameworks, or prescriptive “shoulds” and “shouldn’ts.” And I certainly don’t believe in using blame or shame—disguised as “motivation”—to push you toward some manufactured version of your “best self.” Instead, I meet you with an open heart, deep respect, trust, and commitment to your own unfolding. Having lived and worked in the US, UK, Netherlands, France, and Hungary, I now split my time between coastal Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York. I offer virtual sessions to serve a diverse international clientele—many of whom are visionary leaders, creatives, or helping professionals such as physicians, nurses, chiropractors, therapists, coaches, and 12-step sponsors. I also work with Hungarian expats seeking support that honors both their roots and their personal path forward.
